Choice of Partition Types
Solid,
toughened glass, and sliding or folding
partitions are available. Full floor to
ceiling glass or solid partitions, or floor
to door head height solid with half glazed
or fully glazed above door head height.
Panel Options
The panels which make up the solid partitions
can incorporate a huge variety of colours
and finishes such as laminate, vinyl, and
fabric (including silk). This provides vast
scope for the effects that can be achieved.
Frames, Head Channels and Joint
Options
Aluminium or steel demountable frames available
in a variety of thicknesses e.g. 50mm, 77mm
or 102mm.
Frames and head channels can be colour coated
with any BS or RAL colours so that they
match your office / brand colours schemes
as closely as possible.
Joints between glass partition panels can
be be clear silicone for maximum visual
continuity.
A Choice of Doors
Door options available include toughened
glass, laminate finish or wood veneers such
as beech or Sapele.
Glass and Glazing Options
Partitions can be
solid with glazed areas e.g. above the door
head. This could be half or fully glazed,
single or double glazed.
Glass partitions
can incorporate horizontal louvre blinds.
Manifestation film can be added to the glass
panels to display e.g. designs and pictures,
visual effects, logos etc. Manifestation
film is also an important safety aspect
for large areas of glass panels to prevent
people form accidentally walking into them.
Insulation and Fire Resistance
Floor to ceiling office partitions not only
keep warmth in but they can also provide
effective acoustic insulation. Even folding
/ sliding partitions can be sound rated
up to 50dB.
In terms of safety
office partitions are fire rated.
